The cottage is set in a beautiful location in a pine forest. There is a private little pier about 10 minute walk away. You can fish from it or swim. There's is a place to make bonfire and wood provided. Loads of little squirrels running about and variety of birds to watch. We saw cranes in a field when walking. The terrace outside the house has a great big table and benches to sit around. There's a hammock in a stand and three sun loungers to use.

We recently stayed at this charming cottage in the middle of the forest and had an amazing experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering flexible check-in times. The cottage itself was super clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The garden was huge, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The property felt very private. One of the highlights was the short walk to the lake. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful morning stroll or an afternoon swim. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to escape to a serene and beautiful place!
