Everything was wonderful — the cleanliness, the apartment’s location, and the convenient parking right in front of the building. The apartment is extremely spacious (it can easily accommodate up to 6 people) and has an excellent position, within easy walking distance to the city center for a stroll or dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much, we’ve added the place to our favorites, and we will definitely return, as we pass through the area quite often

Dishes were not cleaned. Kitchen didn't have some of necessary stuff. Blankets were thin and few.

“A comfortable accomodation with great location”
Overall, this is a very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The location is excellent—you can easily reach both the city center and the Veste Oberhaus.

“It was worth the money for one night.”
The location is excellent, the main attractions are in a walkable distance, perfectly close to everything. We could find it easily and had no problems parking.

“Recommended only for people who like very soft beds”
The apartment is situated very close to the town center and it has nice views on the river and the fortress. It is spatious, well-equipped and clean. Free coffee and tea is available. Parking is possible on the street. It is free but availability is not guaranteed, if there are many cars, it might not be so easy to find one. (It was not the case with us, we could easily find a free parking lot just 10 metres from the entrance.) I read about a bad smell in the apartment in previous reviews. I cannot confirm that. We had no smell-problems.

Light at the entrance was not working and was very difficult to see the combination on the lock-box -when using the torch light there was a lot of reflection. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the apartment.

Very nice place to enjoy Passau. It is just 10 minutes walk to old town (Altstadt). This is really perfect. Accomodation is spacious, well equipment. View from window and small balcony is fantastic.

Very clean and specious apartament. The property is situated on good location near the river. There was everything we need it: coffee machine with coffee, cutlery, plates etc. We would definitely come back!
