5 euro for parking. 20 min walk to main town area. Great view of the castle. Restaurants close by. Supermarket next door. Great outdoor sitting area off the restaurant.

Helpfull check in staff at 01.00am (24 hour check in). Very clean rooms with enough chairs for everyone.

Nice, clean room. Not big, but enough. Good shower. Bed was huge, and great. Also, terrace is nice.

Perfect hotel. Everything what you need was there. Super easy check in, parking in front of hotel, kettle, warm shower, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful . We will definitely come back here again.

The reception staff when we arrived were really helpful and friendly. Our room was huge with the most comfortable bed ever… Was made special because it was my husbands birthday and they left a bottle of wine and a birthday note. That was a really nice touch. We were on the 3rd floor, and had a large balcony. The stay was very good, about a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. It’s a beautiful city, you’ve got to visit the cathedral, it is absolutely stunning.. (better than the Vatican) ( yes we did go to the Vatican… passau cathedral was wayyyyyy more beautiful) A supermarket 20ft away, pharmacy about 60ft away

Very friendly staff, secure underground garage, good bonus for our motorbike. Very comfy room, nice and clean, sauna - perfect after long road trip. And the breakfast was also very good.

Conveniently located opposite the old town of Passau, just 10 minutes walk away via the bridge. Friendly staff with a comfortable room including a balcony and a giant TV . There is also a public parking lot opposite the hotel which reasonable rates. A 24 hour ticket cost us 4 Euros. The breakfast buffet was generous at 16 Euros per person.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The facility is very clean and has a good location.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — it was very diverse, fresh, and of excellent quality. The location is also quite convenient, as the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. However, there were a couple of downsides. The parking is not free, which was a bit inconvenient, and the view from the room was not what I expected or had hoped for. All in all, it’s a good hotel, with some small aspects that could be improved for a more complete experience.
