“Perfect hotel”

Location and staff

Wonderful hotel, very nice location, easy to get there. We were only in transit, but we were amazed by the hotel's appearance and services. There are free parking spaces, the area is safe and quiet. The staff is very nice, talkative and welcoming.

It was a beautiful location, the staff were very helpful and kind, funny too. We felt like home, everything was excellent.

The hotel felt very cozy especially during winter. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. Although located in Austria you can reach the city center of Passau within a short drive and we managed to park on the hotel premises. The restaurant and the meals were very tasty.

Great hotel, great location and great staff. LATE CHECK-IN was accepted and well managed with key left in outside box and code passed via email. Breakfast was good. Rooms are large and well maintained. Clean and generally very good.

I liked the fact that this hotel is unique and not like any other one in a dozen type of hotel. Spacious room and clean. Very friendly staff. . Good breakfast, not exaggerated, just right. It was a warm day, we had a a cool beer and a nice meal in the beergarten under the trees. Perfect!

check in pleasant, parking perfect and free, second floor room was spacious and glorious with the windows open to the sounds of the countryside. No lift but a great bloke from the kitchen carried our bags upstairs. breakfast was wonderful and the dining room quaint.

We love this Hotel. Situated in a forest. Lovely setting and garden. Beautiful large rooms. We loved the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Hotels Restaurant. It's a bit far from the City centre but with a car no problem.
