It is a cozy place with a bedroom and a living room with a sleep-able couch, both of a reasonable size, which was very handy. It is equipped well enough for a short stay. We appreciated the heating, as it got unexpectedly cold during our stay (in May). The university campus nearby gives the place a nice vibe. The Greek restaurant on the corner, + pizzeria, + cafe, and several others in a few min walking distance will not let you starve. The real winner, though, is a beautiful walking/biking path almost from the doorstep right to the hearth of the town along the river Inn (20 min walk) - we walked it daily and loved it!
