The best is the location. Very near with eatery .. walking distance. Just beside Regency Hospital Johor Bahru... Able to do late check in (i.e: 12.00am) Staff knocking the door asking if i want to clean my room next day after I checked in..I feel so impressed by just normal hotel but can do daily room cleaning. Then I request for late check out, it's allowed with very minimum charges. Will come again later.

Location was the bonus point. Walking distance to many restaurants and food spots. 7E is next to the hotel, Family Mart, Juice works and The J a variety of food selection opens till 3am. As for the breakfast served (should you choose to be included), the selection that you can choose from is limited and can only select 1. To name a few : Nasi lemak, mee goreng, pan cake, kaya toast bread with half boil eggs, sandwich, oat cereal. Taste is good
