Highly recommended! The apartment was lovely, clean, and felt very secure with private parking. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge deal for us and our dog. Marco is a wonderful owner and made us feel very welcome. And the fresh croissants at breakfast were absolutely amazing :) We can’t wait to come back!

The accomodation was modern, with sparkly bathroom, brand new furniture and spotlessly clean. Our host, Marco was very welcoming and helpful.He prepared breakfast for us every morning accomodating our needs as vegetarians and even helped us when we had to phone someone who did not speak English.

The host Marco is a very kind person. Very very helpful, very kind and if you stay in Udine you should really consider to stay at his place ! It is a bit outside but this has also advantages as you don’t have to search for parking places. Nearby is almost everything you might need and public transport takes you in about 30min in the centre…

Perfect for spending one night during our travels from Austria to Italy. Very nice host and beautiful room. Breakfast simple, but enough.

New, nice, clean, friendly and well equipped apartment. Marco was really helpful and nice. Pasian di Prato is a quiet, small town, next to Udine. We went to Udine-center by bike (20 minutes) in a comfortable bike-way. Also is perfect location to visit Tarvisio, Lagi di Fusine, Bovec (Alps), Venzone, Cividale di Friuli, Duino, Trieste, Aquileia and Grado (Adria). We visited all these places and we enjoyed it a lot.

breakfast was typical italian ....many sweet items and almost nothing salty or vegetables but the cafe was very very very good and this is the typical italian food i would recommend the owner to ask people what they wish for breakfast it is not a critic just advise ...becasue Marco the son of the owner did a real good job to make us happy and comfortable in his nice place ...we had a big kitchen and a big room with a great bathroom and a toilet with bidet ...a garage for our car ..and differnt kinds of cafe ...and a nice green area in the very near of UDINE also there was a left to the 2nd floor where the room is

Everything is just perfect, clean, new, elegantly decorated, with all the facilities, and the host Marco i absolutely great. The breakfast blew our minds because there was a big choice and more than we could eat, with relaxing music in the background, we we’re absolutely delighted and would definitely recommend this place
