“Fair”
Overall the staff person that did wait on me at check in was helpful as was the staff member who checked me out. The breakfast staff were very friendly and polite. The choices in food was great.

“Overall, it was very nice place to be, glad we chose this hotel.”
Convenient to airport, clean, quiet (no traffic noise in the room), comfortable beds, spacious rooms, easy access to major roads. The wood carvings were very bold and gave the hotel a pioneering charm. There should be a brief brochure or documentary regarding the artist and origin or inspiration of the scenes depicted. Some of them looked like bear heads or other wild life. Definitely brought about a nostalgic feeling and attraction of the hotel.

“Great hospitality!”
The beds and linens were excellent, the staff brought a roll away quickly as resquested, and breakfast was wonderful -- lots of options and times were good.

“Frustrating Staff experience- Online room occupancy reservation did not match”
We had a family suite with three beds and one private room. Both rooms were very spacious and had enough room for rollaway beds.

The room was quiet and in a good location. This would make a great place for a wedding, family reunion or a conference. All the The breakfast was good too.
