The house was cozy and clean. We’ve been traveling for a while now and it was nice to feel at home for a couple of days. The house is located in a very good and calm neighborhood, a bit far from downtown but perfect if you have a car. The owner was so kind to let us check in earlier and was very communicative.

There were various disruptive people knocking on the door at night, and not just once. The soundproofing is poor, and there are always noisy guests upstairs, which disrupts my sleep.

Good location, clean room , friendly staff. There is inner car park . Beds are too soft, for my preference but great pillows and spacious room.

“Best value hotel 🏨”
Room was spotless, sheets fresh, towels clean. Everything I needed are in the room. Fridge, microwave, electric iron and nice toiletries. Safe parking, lift working.

“Clean and comfortable, at a good price”
Large, clean and comfortable room, with sofa, desk and coffee-maker. Good bathroom. Very good price. On a busy road, but my room was at the back and quiet. As I had no car, it was a little too far to get to old Pasadena easily, though there is a bus. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes' walk to shops, restaurants and Sierra Madre Villa metro station.

“Older hotel, but lovely rooms”
The hotel feels a little run-down from the outside & in the lobby, but the rooms are actually really nice. I had a big, spacious room which had been newly renovated. The bed was comfy and the facilities in room good - coffee maker, microwave, fridge.

“Pleasant experience and friendly staff. Good,”
The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly and check in went smoothly. I stayed here because I was attending a convention in town. It is recommended to have a car though to get around, but the bus stop to downtown is a short walk away from this motel. The motel is under renovation and I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
