“Simple and good value. Very clean.”
Friendly staff. Simple yet very sufficient breakfast. Rooms were very clean despite being slightly aged. They did the best with what was there.

Large and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Location is close to Caltech (10 minutes walk) where we had a conference. There is a small fitness room and a pool but I didn't try them.

“Welcoming”
The person working at reception was really welcoming and gave us advice on where to eat in the city. They were enthusiastic about our stay and the Pasedena area. The room was lovely; spacious and clean and was an easy walk to shops and restaurants one way and Caltech the other.

“Not the best value for the price”
It was fine overall but it’s a budget hotel and more expensive than I think it should be. I expected mire but the area seems to be quite expensive. Everything was very basic. But it was comfortable and clean. Lovely mountain view from our room which we appreciated.
