“i would never recommend to stay here for a family”
Parking but it was pretty much small for a SUV and most of the places were occupied.

“Comfortable and quiet”
Good location and close to Metro Line. Close to local stores and restaurants. Swimming pool at at hotel was nice and also the fact the breakfast was included in the price was good value for money. I would recommend the property to anyone staying in Pasadena.

“Very good value for the money -”
Those wonderful breakfast ladies! The free breakfast is one thing, but the service and cleanliness of the breakfast area was one of the best we've had. Food was what is was, nothing fancy but the ladies are doing a great job, you can tell they love what they are doing. Just wonderful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Oh! And they provide a grab and go breakfast if you are leaving before 6:00am - nice touch!

I requested an invoice for my stay with the remark that it should be in my company's name (already when booking). When I checked out, this was not possible. After several emails and phone calls with short responses, they were unable to send me the invoice. Check in was bad as the credit card reader had problems and it took 2 hours. The problem was on their end.
