The staff kind, helpful and generous. The location was perfect, really close to the slopes/lifts. The room was comfortable. The bar area was pleasant to be at, not too crowded and nice. I also liked the spa area

“Great ski hotel!”
Fantastic location, clean rooms, good facilities, helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast included, very tasty buffet dinner as a paid option - couldn't ask for more. Adrien (sp?) the manager was super friendly even with our large group and limited Spanish. Hotel was very busy during our stay but well soundproofed and never an issue. Will hopefully be coming back next year!

“Dirty Tiny Room for a kings ransom, no staff or service”
the breakfast wasn't awful, decent selection for all tastes, good selection of juices, coffee and teas. The Bar area was very nice, had a good selection of spirits, limited on beer.

“Great staff, but poor value for money and terrible restaurant.”
The staff were excellent. From reception to house keeping, everyone we encountered were were happy and helpful. The hotel is located a very short walk from the piste with a short ski down to a choice of several lifts, to either ski locally or lift you out to an adjoining area. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate if not great.
