The food was expensive and the service sucked. The coffee in the room and from the coffee shop was disgusting. The people next door had a yappy little dog that barked during the night and early in the morning.

We booked it because we have kids and were excited for the pool. The pool was so cold none of us could even get in. It was extremely disappointing.

“Great place in Parksville”
I liked the chic vibe. This place feels like a resort. The paintings throughout the resort are beautiful and reflect the natural environment. The staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful.

“All and all it was a nice little getaway and in general I liked the hotel.”
Location was great. The room was clean, had an ocean view one, was great waking up to the beautiful view. Reasonably priced for the season. Staff, both front desk and house keeping was excellent, very helpful and kind. The indoor, heated swimming pool and sauna was awesome. The little welcome package for the doggos was very sweet touch.

Love the location. The restaurant is excellent, great food and good service plus a beautiful ocean view. The air conditioning in the room keeps it cool and silent, great for sleeping.

“Pet friendly hotel and staff were amazing”
It's a pet friendly hotel so that's a bonus on its self. The rooms were clean and tidy they provide a dog bed, dog bowls, dog treats, There was also a fridge and TV with sports channels The staff were all really nice and welcoming too
