A modern apartment, located on the ground floor with a private entrance surrounded by large plants, really charming. The heating is perfect, the hot water with a lot of pressure, the wifi excellent and at night to sleep zero noise. The neighborhood is super lively (grocery stores, supermarkets, metro) and several museums are nearby, a few steps away. We were very well received, we felt at home.

“Fabulous location and lovely host”

We were looking for an original place and we were not disappointed at all. Modern atmosphere, very pleasant shower because the pressure is excellent and the aquarium is magnificent. The small loft is quiet at night despite its location in a pedestrian zone particularly lively. We want to come back as soon as possible. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Stephane is extremely helpful. The only thing we regret is not to have left a "thank you" in his beautiful book, next to the stories and paintings of other guests. We will do so the next time!

We had a wonderful experience from the minute we placed our booking, Stephane the owner made contact to formally introduce himself and provide additional information regarding the apartment layout and discuss our late arrival/ check in request which dragged into the early hours of the following morning and still he was patient and accommodating with us.The location and cleanliness of the duplex apartment made our stay that extra enjoyable.The mattress was so comfortable,we particularly loved the pressure of the shower.It is a very convenient and family friendly apartment especially when you travelling with a little one.We loved the fish tank,our 1 1/2 year old son loved looking at the beautiful fish.We would totally recommend this place to everyone who is planning on visiting Paris and we look forward to coming back here soon.

It was an excellent experience. Stéphane was Super, Super friendly and helpful all the time, and informative and covered everything we asked. The room was very cosy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was brilliant, really central in Paris. We've covered all the distances by foot - to Louvre Museum, Tour Eiffel, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, and the shopping streets. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the proximity. Parking was not available at the property. Still, we’ve been guided to "SNC Bonne Nouvelle", very close, 3 minutes away from the property (by foot), cheap (for the Paris centre), around 30€ per 24 hours and totally safe. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time discovering a new, very central neighborhood. The kids loved staying in this apartment. Everything was great! Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and help.
