A wonderful hotel! The room size is perfect for the price, and everything was clean. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes. There is a grocery store right next to the entrance. The reception staff were very pleasant, and the evening security was very nice as well.

I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my stay at this hotel caused a storm of emotions, so here we go. First of all, we had an issue every single night. We couldn't get into our room because the key card demagnetized every damn day. After long walks around the city, I had to go back down to the reception two or three times a day just to get a new card made so we could finally get into that damn room. One night we came back at 11:30 PM and couldn't get into our room again. We went to the reception, but there wasn't a single soul there for 20 minutes. After a long, exhausting day of walking around Paris, I was forced to just sit in the hallway by our room and wait until the receptionist finally bothered to come back to their desk to let me into the room. On top of everything else, the entire shower was covered in mold. The showerhead itself didn't even work properly—it was broken. The staff were very polite, but unfortunately didn't speak any English, which made dealing with these issues even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the elevator doesn't have buttons for the reception or the ground floor. So you're forced to either go to the second floor and then walk down the stairs, or go all the way down and then climb back up. It's ridiculous. And overall, I really wouldn't recommend staying in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The area around the hotel is full of shady characters—it just doesn't feel safe.

Very clean, nice and helpful stuff, well equipped with everything you need. Overall I would recommend. Good connection to center - walking distance to Metro. Supermarket in the building.
