Located in the heart of Paris, Résidence Charles Floquet is 50 metres from the Eiffel Tower and a 20-minute walk from the Army Museum. Set in a renovated, historic building, it offers large, self-catering accommodation with views over the Eiffel Tower. With balconies, high ceilings and fireplaces, the apartments at Résidence Charles Floquet are decorated in an elegant style. Free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV and a Blu-Ray player are provided for you to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The apartments are fully equipped for every guest to be totally independent, the well-appointed kitchens have a dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. “Fabulous”
The host was absolutely fabulous and looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble and when the AC didn’t work, it was fixed within 1/2 hour of reporting it. The host was friendly and really welcoming which made our stay really special. We look forward to returning soon!

The host cancelled the reservation on the same day saying that there was an issue with booking.com that let us reserve the room when actually it wasn’t available

Beautiful apartment in lovely old building with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Had everything we needed. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast baskets were a nice touch. Highly recommend.
