“Wonderful hotel with lovely personal touches”
A wonderful hotel and our second time staying here! The staff were very helpful, the location is great, and there were lots of lovely touches, including afternoon tea and a personalised note when we arrived.

I had a great stay - staff was kind and helpful. Very clean room. I was upgraded to a larger room and found a welcome card from the staff which was a very nice gesture! Breakfast was also very good.

The staff is very nice and efficient. Hotel is next to the main station, so easy to go to different sit by public transport. And there are free cafe and drinks if you’re waiting in the lobby.

“Cosy and homely place in Paris”
The hotel was just perfect. Location is across St Lazare train station - literally you just need to cross the road. Perfect for trips to Normandy and Giverny. And perfect for city walks and shopping. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Tea/ coffee/ water station operates in the lobby 24/7. Some cakes were served for free in the afternoon. There is a small hammam and jacuzzi downstairs - perfect after a long day. We were kindly offered a 30 minutes relax time. Hotel room is a very good size, internet, water, supplies, robes - everything was in place. There is a small library with a fireplace where you can quietly get a cup of tea in the evening. Cosy and homely place!

“Weekend away - we will be back”
Location was perfect - 15 min walk to the Seine. We arrived very early for our room in order to drop our bags and were offered free coffee and pastries

The very warm welcome from the staff, the appreciated room upgrade, and the excellent comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully renovated, and very quiet. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is also perfect.

“Perfect mid-range hotel”
Exceptional staff and very handy location make this an incredibly good value hotel. Free coffee and cake time also helps! Drinks also very reasonably priced for Paris.
