“Great little space close to everything.”

This place was so cute and perfectly located. Be aware it is just one room with kitchen bed and little table and chairs but suited us perfectly. There is a separate bathroom downstairs.

“A charming nook in Le Marais”

The appartment, is a cosy little nook with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kichenette. It is super well located close to metro line and walking distance to many great places, including the Louvre. The Passage de l'Ancre makes for such a charming entrance to the appartment. Bed and linens were very comfortable and the wifi worked very well. All making for a very enjoyable 5 day visit to Paris. The staff were super kind and responsive which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.

The location is unbeatable, with quaint cafes, boutiques, and galleries just steps away, yet the apartment itself was quiet and serene.

Well, to be honest, we had an amazing quirky experience in this wonderful but small apartment. We had the ambiance of the true Paris experience. Our Daughter in law thought it was so cool.

“Ideal place for couples during a stay in Paris – right in the centre!”

The place is called "Oasis in Marais" – and that's exactly what it is! It's located in a narrow, pedestrian-only passage called Passage de l'Ancre, a small oasis full of plants and trees in the otherwise loud and busy quarter south of Gare de l'Est. At night, it's dead silent in the apartment, which is exactly what we had hoped and wished for. Occasionally, you might hear a passing ambulance/police vehicle, but even that's nothing like living right next to the busy Boulevard de Sébastopol. Also, they close the gates at the entrances to the passage at about 8pm so you even feel safe there. Oh yeah, and Marais is one of the most awesome quarters in Paris anyway because you will hardly find any tourists there. Seems like it's mostly actual locals that go to the hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés in Marais. The apartment is quite tiny but some people might say that's exactly what's special about it. For me it was absolutely fine, and I stayed there with my girlfriend for five days. We were provided almost (check my con section) everything we needed and then, we didn't even spend that much time there anyway. I mean, this is Paris! A fascinating city, and from our apartment we got to all the important places in absolutely no time! There is a metro station (Réaumur-Sébastopol) right around the corner from where you can get to most important points of interest in Paris. One last thing: The owners (or rather the caretakers) of the apartment are extremely polite and helpful, getting in touch with them was really easy and they gave us the apartment key right upon our arrival on the first day.

“Perfect!”

In the very heart of Paris you will find this cozy apartment, which has everything you need, including a well supplied kitchen, we managed to cook here without any problems. On the first floor there is a shower and toilet, on the second floor you will have your apartment. The host was so lovely and friendly, she helped us a lot with any questions we had. During our visit there was a strike in Paris, and she checked all the information, to let us know if we won't have problems traveling to the airport. The building is very old, which allows one to feel the authenticity even more, however, because of it, the sound isolation is not quite good. Even though all the neighbours are really quiet and nice, so you won't suffer from loud parties around, you will hear so much movement as if they are just in your room. For this reason first night it was a little disturbing to sleep, but on other nights we don't pay attention.
