We did not get the rooms paid for. We paid for the rooms with a view and did not get these. Once we raised this we got one room but the other remained the same. Disappointed as booked this hotel due to previous good experience with the chain but did not get that this time round.

“Staff very rude”
They locked us out of our room on our last night and we were unable to get a key for an hour at 11 o’clock at night before they realise there mistake.

“relaxing stay, breakfast was the highlight for me”
breakfast was amazing, the right amount of options and all of it tasted so good there is a lounge and bar near the reception, and that was convenient to have so close to our rooms there is also a museum near the motel and bus stops and metro stations very near it so location was also great for us considering this aspect we specifically chose this location as it was close to a festival we were attending even though it was a bit far from the main Paris attractions; it did not bother us though since getting there was pretty easy with the public transport Rooms were nice Most of the staff we interacted with did not speak English very well but I wouldnt say thats a minus since we understood each other after all and they were polite either way, which is what matters the most had a really great time here so i recommend it for sure

The room was way too hot even with the AC all the way down; shower pressure wasn't great; view of a homeless camp and a loud motorway out the window despite advertised "city view"

“Good stay with easy access to public transport”
The location was good. Next to a park and metro. The neighbourhood in the vicinity of the hotel had shops and restaurants, so one could stay in the area after a full day in Paris central.

“Amazing hotel with good service and breakfast”
Everyone was very kind to us. The tea was amazing, the room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was delicious, I really appreciated the high-quality food. In my opinion, one area for improvement would be adding a bit more variety to the breakfast ingredients every few days.

The room is on the smaller side, but it’s cozy, simple, and offers good value for the price. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the daily cleaning with fresh towels made a big difference after long days of exploring. We also had a small issue with our key card not working, but the staff resolved it immediately, which we really appreciated. The in-room safe was a nice touch as well, making it easy to store valuables securely.
