Superb hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We went to Paris for our 25th anniversary and they had a bottle of champagne and macaroons as a surprise in the room! Beyond our expectations!!

“Characterful hotel in good area”
Booked 5 rooms for a family reunion weekend. Rooms were quiet although seemed to vary in size. Helpful staff on Reception and at breakfast, excellent concierge team. Pleasant bar area too. Breakfast was buffet with very good selection in charming room with glass ceiling. Not far from metro station. Plenty of shops nearby and in a nice area. Would definitely recommend.

“Take a blanket with you!”
It was my second time at Maison Astor, this time my room ( 512 ) ( the same category as the first time wasn’t nice. Has a long corredor hall but the room itself was quite small! The room was too cold! The AC works only for cold and apparently heating season only starts in November!

“It was ok, but I would not return.”
The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Stephan the Concierge. He provided us with excellent suggestions and purchased tickets for us. The doormen were also extremely attentive, always there to assist.

“Simply the best!”
I loved their hospitality, friendliness & professionalism. I had a warm & seamless reception, thanks to Marie-Frances and her colleagues. Was also lucky to get an upgrade to a premium room with a terrace, which had amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel.

“We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!”
Fabulous service, Great Location, Extremely helpful staff! We got upgraded to a bigger room - which was very nice. Additionally we were given a bottle of champagne at the start of our trip and one more at end - which was a very kind gesture. The bathroom has only Clarins products - very impressive. The shower and the rest of the amenities were great. The room and the window was very big in Comparison to most Parisian hotels - the upholstery of the room and the hotel and the overall upkeep is excellent. The reception area is beautifully done up for Christmas/Holiday Season - very cozy and warm. They will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The concierge was very helpful too - Fabien is excellent. The location of the hotel is great - love that Saint Honoré was 8 mins away 😀 Definitely coming back 😀
