Central location. Next to the shopping mall and train station. Many restaurants close by. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, equipped with all necessary amneties.

The property is in the perfect location, close to all the sites, plenty of bars and restaurants within a few meters of the front door. It is 50M from the Chatelet / Les Halles metro station. Having a sauna and hot tub plus lots of games, a little gym and even a pool table was great.

It is very comfortable for Families or Groups, it is quite large. There are 4 bethroooms in upper floor+ 3 and a half bathrooms. In the lower floor a sofa-bed + another bathroom. You can get ready very fast. It has got everything you need: Coffee machine, tea, Washing machine, dishwasher, Oven, vaccuum cleaner... you name it. Heating goes through the floor and works very well. There is also air conditioning. It is very well located, you have easy access either walking or by public transport to most main attractions. Good shops nearby. It is in the city center, but it is very quiet and well isolated.

“Friends exploring Paris together”

Accomodation is quirky. It was perfect for 7 older adults travelling together. 4 Bedrooms although small and compact with bathrooms meant everyone had there own space. Thomas met us on arrival and explained the set up. Great location in Les Halle just a few metres from exit 1 at the Metro. Close to everything. Siene was a couple of blocks, also walking to Notre Dame, Louvre, and getting to other attractions easy. Clise to bars, restaurants, and bakeries. Plenty of choices. Felt safe walking around at night. Quiet and easy to get in as only steps are at front door (2). Kitchen good size with dishwasher, microwave and oven. Large apartment on 2 levels. Didnt use downstairs as it was a spiral staircase and narrow. No need as everything on ground level, except washer and dryer. Lower level good for those with children. Has a spa, sauna and fitness equipment as well as every gadget (tv, x box etc) to keep occupied. Bedrooms all had skylights and airflow. Also there is airconditioning and heated foors. Didnt need these for our visit.

The location is perfect. You will always find a large number of sleeping places in the apartment for a family or a group.

The location, it is few steps from the metro and a commercial center with abundant neighbouring shops and restaurants. The staff; Mr Lilian was very nice and has great attitudes. It has a very nice AC.

Location is perfect, all central sights within walking distance. Apartment is very quiet at back of courtyard Flat is compact but we'll equipped. 11 of us managed ok-the basement for the kids was essential!

We really loved the apartment, it is very comfortable, convenient and next of the most important places in Paris, you can do almost everthing walking. And there is a subway next door. That place has air-conditioning for fresh ventilation which is quite rare in Paris center, and is bigger than all other hotel room for 10+ people in Paris center. It is especially great for kids, having so much entertainment as they like.

Location was perfect close to all the sites. The accommodation had underfloor heating it was so comfortable and warm. It also has air conditioning for the summer. So much space in this appartement with games for the kids , large movie screen and surprise treats for everyone on arrival!

Our host Lilian was great. He met us at the accommodation, showed us around, and made some great recommendations for dinner and breakfast nearby. The accommodation was great; lots of little extras that were a lot of fun (e.g., 3D movie selection/screen, work-out room, etc.) and very close to main attractions (Notre Dame Cathedral and Louvre).

“An ideal base for our family of 8 to make the most of Paris”

We couldn't believe we were so close to so many major attractions as well as a supermarket, a major shopping centre, the metro entrance, a multitude of eateries, bakeries, ... A busy, noisy area but closing that huge wooden door and stepping into the private courtyard brought instant peace and privacy (and no steps). The apartment is quirky and amazing. Entry level has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, TV, big screen with ceiling projector, remote-controlled skylights and many appliances. The lower level (accessed by spiral staircase through a hole under the retractable dining table!) is a self-contained unit but also has a sauna room, a spa tub, a gym and laundry facilities. Our host did everything possible to make our stay in Paris memorable. Merci.

The host very kind and helpful. The location of this apartment is AMAZING. Everything was very clean ans we felt very good during the entire time when we were at the apartment. Be bathrooms were very cleaned too.

The host was very very kind that he explained everything in the house. He even told us nice bakery near by where our family loved to go and have a breakfast. The house was full with entertainments, swimming pool and nintendo games which kids loved, billiards and 2 Televisions also helped adults to enjoy themselves. The house was also very closed to Metro, Chatelet which has many metro lines so we could easily go to many places. When we go to Paris next time, we surely will stay there again.

The location was fabulous, near restaurants and the metro. Beautiful area to just walk around. The apartment had plenty of room for everyone, and our host walked us around when we arrived & gave us suggestions on things to do. Wonderful place we would highly recommend.
