The apartment is very comfortable, the bed and sofa are very good, nice functional kitchen and bathroom. The communication with the host was good.

The property is in the heart of the Latin quarter, you step out the door into the life and character of Paris. It is charming and exactly as you could expect a city apartment to be. Henry the host is the most wonderful person and did a fabulous check in.

The landlord is very helpful and is a native English speaker. The kitchen was very well equipped with a wide choice of cutlery and dishes. There was a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, an oven. And there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen 😊 The apartment is very close to Notre Dame, it is also easy to get there from the airport by train.

We came for a family trip. The apartment was very well equipped with all necessary utensils you need for a comfortable stay and we liked it a lot. We agreed with Henry how to get into the building, but unfortunately we had a little problem to get out of the train station and Henry was very very helpful and helped us to get from the train station and guided us to the building and flat - we really appreciated his help. Anyway, the instructions we re very clear how to get to the apartment. We got even advice from Henry how to get from CDG airport to the train/metro station closest to the apartment beforehand. The apartment is located very close to the major sights in Paris and they are all in acceptable walking distance (Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Sorbone University and the Patheon, Museum d'Orsay, Jardin du Luxembourg, even Louvre Museum with the Jardin des Tuileries. For other sight I recommend to take the metro or train from the closest metro/train station (2 min walk).

The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious The apartment had all the facilities you need. There were provisions to get you started There was a boulangetie a few steps from the front door and a supermarket not too far.

Right in the centre of the Latin Quarter, many different types of restaurants downstairs. Close to three Metro Stations.

Fantastic location 2 mins to metro, right in the middle of restaurants and places to eat, yet high up so not noisy at all. Located 5 mins walk to Notre Dame cathedral. Well equipped space and lovely in person host.

Owner of the apartment , Henry met us in the apartment and explain everything very well. He was very kind man. Before arrival he provide all information I need. Size of the apartman is very well, big enough and It was very close Notre Dame and touristical areas. And also apartment has everything you need even more than you need.

Henry is a very welcoming host and the apartment was perfect: central location, historic building with tall ceilings and large (soundproof!) windows that open over a beautiful cobblestone street. Restaurants, grocery stores, train, Notre Dame and the Seine all within a 1-7 minute walk. Great to have a washer, solid wifi, powerful heaters and lots of helpful amenities. FYI- there are about 90 stairs, which are a workout but add to the charm.

Beautiful apartment, great location, equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Metro station very close. Central location but very quiet when you close the windows.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean, really well equipped with many supplies and inclusions not usually found at other places. Very good buzzy location but serene inside. Wifi worked perfectly. Henry the host communicated very well, arranged a checkin time that suited us perfectly, and made sure that we had everything we needed.

A charming apartment, in a classic and very central Latin Quarter bulding. Well equipped with everything you might need and more. Henry, the very kind owner, took care of all the little things (including some nice wine and drinks). He also went above and beyond to help us retrieve a precious item we had left at a nearby restaurant and personally brought it to our next hotel. Some stairs to climb, but it's well worth the ambience and the piece on mind of knowing you're in very good hands.
