“Will definitely return to stay again!”
Beautiful room in an excellent location. Concierge service was very good. I left my luggage for safekeeping after check out. Not a problem at all. Staff at reception also very helpful.

“Fantastic hotel in the heart of the Paris”
The hotel is ideally situated on a quiet side street with plenty of restaurants but close to the heart of the Opera district. The hotel was impeccably clean with gorgeous Art Deco features. Our room was large and well equipped and the staff were charming, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all a great experience.

“Bad service”
I was in Paris for a knee surgery. And chose this hotel to stay at with my mom. The room toilet door was broken and would not close. The staff was not helpful at check out at all. I was with my mom and she had to carry all the bags while I was on crutches after a knee surgery. There was 4 people behind reception desk and no one volunteered to help us nor open the hotel entrance door. I was so shocked, despite seeing the struggle I was in, they offered no help at all.
