“Exquisite staff”

The staff was very nice helping us with all the requested information. They have an open bar from 14:00 to 02:00 and you can go in any astotel hotel and use it if you need. Also they stored our luggage after the check out as we had the louvre museum that day. The only bad thing and probably was my fault that I did not read that the rooms have carpet which is not so hygienic. The room was small but had everything that is need it We also received upon the arrival some complimentary macaroons and also the minibar was complimentary, refilled everyday.

The location is pretty good, and the rooms are clean. The open bar, available from 2:00 PM until 2:00 AM, offers small snacks and some selection of drinks.

The single room was small, but everything is well thought out and comfortable. I liked the roofview out of the window and how quite it is.

The location was great and I had a room with an Eiffel tower view which was amazing at anytime of day. The bed was very comfortable too and it was good to have an open bar with soft drinks and snacks available for free

Well located hotel in a safe area, just a fifteen minute walk to the shopping malls and the Opera. Tons of excellent restaurants, bars and little boutiques on the doorstep. Clean room, lovely bathroom and the breakfast was incredibly good - hot and cold choices, plus fruits, jams, cereals and croissants. Staff were lovely. We especially liked the free coffee and croissants available in the lobby area. If you’re in Paris for shopping, you’d be hard pressed to find a better hotel for this price - recommended.

Great situation, helpful staff and good night’s sleep

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Felt so welcome from the second we walked in. The hotel was warm and cosy and the room spotless. Also really quiet despite our room facing a fairly busy road. Very close to a metro station and buses right outside the door. We walked most places though as it’s quite central. Just 15 minutes to Gare du Nord, too. The little extras made the stay so special - the open bar, free mini bar and the ability to use the afternoon snack bar at the sister hotels was a huge advantage, especially on the rainy days! More city chain hotels should take note! Excellent value for money. Breakfast was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely go back - wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Paris.

Excellent position, within walking distance from Gare du Nord and the city center.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in the 8th arrondissement in Paris, within easy reach of the railway stations (Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est). Staying here not for the first time and always find the quality and value for money excellent.

Good location: 10 minutes walking to the Cadet Metro Station. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. There is an open bar with cookies, cakes, chocolate, water, coffee and tea.
