The rooms are nicely designed and well thought out. There are nice touches like fresh water, toiletries, hair dryer. The bathroom was stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive.

“Great if you’re used to city break noises”
I was there to celebrate my birthday and they put a cute message and balloons in my room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was really good, close to 2 tube line because of this though, you could hear the trains in the morning and late at night. Breakfast was good but very small area so sometimes filled when you went down so had to wait for a table.

Staff was great and helpful. Could store my luggage upon arrival and the day I was leaving. Room was spacious, and the bed was good. The hotel is right by the metro line 5, which has all the trainstations on its stopping sites, which is great for anyone who travels by train and wants to have a stress free route back and forth to the main stations while travelling. In the area close to the hotel there are cosy cafés. The hotel itself has a nice breakfast area, very cosy, with good food. Both for those with a sweet tooth in the morning, and those who crave a little more salty morning. I had a great stay. Would recommend.

“Really nice and cosy stay with a nice aesthetic, and only a short walk from many major sites and wonderful restaurants.”
Excellent location close by the natural history museums and gardens, with many good restaurants nearby and only a short walk down to the Seine and other major sights such as Notre Dame cathedral. Really nice warm aesthetic to the room we stayed in, making a warm welcome at the end of a long day of exploring. Staff were really friendly and helpful without being pushy, and we received both a friendly welcome and farewell from Eugene.
