“We had a lovely stay at the hotel.”
The hotel is lovely and I must say that there was an excellent communication prior and during my stay at the hotel. The staff is very professional and helpful. Neven at the bar was very polite and dedicate to his role. The receptionists were helpful and they could answer all questions in regards to the stay or organising something for you. The food at the restaurant is lovely.

“Amazing, great blame for”
The location was brilliantly situated, close to the station and all the sights. The staff were lovely, super friendly, helpful and spoke great English. The hotel was really clean, great value for money and the rooms for 3 people were spacious.

Breakfast - perfect. Front staff - the lady that signed us in, was amazing. She couldn't have done more, the management should value her. Nice gift in room.

“Exceptional Stay”

Great room, we got an upgrade as well. Nice location and friendly staff at reception. There was also a free tea time during the day, very calm place to hang out after all the walking in the city.

Beautiful hotel especially the restaurant. (Service this time was excellent ( second time visiting They upgraded our room and we checked in earlier than expected . Room was ready while we enjoyed tasty lunch at the beautiful restaurant. Breakfast was very tasty and rich. Location is also good . Front desk staff -great service they even spoiled me with extra shower gel that I liked so much.
