“An average stay let down by the service. Could have been so much better.”
Room was big for Paris (although we got the more expensive privilege top floor room). Spa pool and steam room was good. Pretty good location.

The staff are wonderful ' - everyone is very helpful and efficient. The cleanliness is excellent and room was compact but comfortable. The spa facilities are very good and spotlessly clean. Location is excellent too. Would definitely recommend and I have already told friends and family about the hotel.

Excellent location and very clean The room was rather small and the twin beds were very close together There was a separate toilet from the bathroom which we saw as a real plus Staff were so friendly and helpful Spa was stunning

Absolutely great room and facilities. The spa is a remarkable addition to the stay, and the opening times are quite convenient to have a relaxing time before and/or after a long walk in the city. The staff is very attentive at all times and pay close attention to detail. Coffee and tea are available in the evening which is a nice extra touch. Would definitely come back.
