Amazing customer service! We had a lot of complaints and they found a solution to everything possible. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of problems that didn't have a solution.

“Absolutely amazing, my favourite hotel”
Amazing location my favourite hotel on the palm the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The Room service is incredible and the food is great as well as the food that they have at the restaurant on the rooftop. The pool is also lovely and the spa is beautiful as well as a nice size gym, they were even so accommodating that they allowed me to do a late checkout which really helped they have absolutely everything you need and you couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely be back!!!!!

“It is a hotel with some good and some bad features. If I ever visit Paris again I would be looking at other options.”
Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location. It is close to many major tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Security. My family and I occupied two rooms (Nos.26 & 27) which could be secured by a locked door in the hallway.

What a wonderful romantic getaway! We had the best time and will definitely stay here next time we are in Paris. Staff were very friendly and kind, the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean and the location is perfectly placed for the city.

“Superb hotel, brilliant location, brilliant staff, highly recommend.”
The hotel location is superb - less than a 10 minute walk to the arch de triumph with a number of restaurants in immediate proximity or just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées. The interior of the hotel has an elegant modern parisian feel. Both rooms were perfect, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. The staff were truly fantastic, they could not do enough for you, you couldn’t ask for more! I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
