Door handles were hanging. Sofa covers were not clean at all. There were few bugs in livings room. Overall very okay. Location is good.

The location was very good and close to the metro lines. Plenty of eating places in close proximity. We had a room facing the atrium so was very quiet at night.

Well located facility, next to the metro station "Place d'Italie" and next to a mall. The flat was small, but had well equipped and clean.

It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher - especially the former. I would have liked the extractor fan in the bathroom to have worked.

It's OK. All needed is in apartments.

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering convenient access to shopping mall (next door), and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance created a relaxing and pleasant stay. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged.

The location was ideal. Across the road from a metro line that went directly to the Louvre, Armee d’invalides, and other key locations. It’s also literally - in the actual meaning of the word - next to a shopping centre where you cash do clothes shopping, grocery shopping, go to the chemist etc. The hotel itself is very small but still offers a breakfast with discounts for children and the washing facilities are easy to use through an app and automated detergent dispensers. Our rooms were just an average “double bed and bathroom” and yet still had a small dishwasher, fridge, kitchen sink and microwave The staff also all speak English.

I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a nice experience. The staff was very kind, everything was clean, and I appreciated the free tea and coffee available in the lobby.

Excellent location! The metro station is right next to the hotel, and many sights can be visited on foot. The kitchen has everything you need, and right next to the hotel is a shopping center with a supermarket. Food can be prepared in the apartment. The apartment also has an iron and an ironing board. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and in the lobby of the hotel you can serve yourself free coffee. I fully recommend this place!

The room is ok - the window facing the hall of the shopping center is quite strange, but it's fine, especially if you only go to the room to sleep. The breakfast isn't great, but quite ok - there are a few vegan and gluten-free options, but we missed vegetables. The location is great! The acoustics of the room aren't so good, but it's fine.

“A great place to stay in for a few nights while visiting Paris.”

There’s a lot to like about it. Excellent location. Not too far from the center via metro. Lots of places to eat at the plaza. The hotel shares the building with a mall. The metro entrance is literally right around the corner and can take you anywhere with no or just a few transfers. The breakfast was delicious. Our studio room was clean and included everything we needed. The personal was helpful and very nice. The hotel is on the smaller size, but that means not too many guests either at the breakfast or at the elevators. This was my second stay in Paris and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
