“LOVE IT ... host is great too”
The location is perfect. 2 min walk to the Champs Élysées , 14mn to Eiffel tower , near all the best designer shops, cabaret and restaurants, completely quiet, clean and private place.

“Luxurious and comfortable pied-à-terre in the heart of Paris”
I just had an amazing stay in this apartment, which is ideally located on Avenue Foch, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the spacious terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Paris. It's the perfect place to have a morning coffee or enjoy an dinner in the evening. The apartment is spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease. The decoration is a real mix of modernity and elegance, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with soft beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation pleasant and easy. The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the sublime bathroom. It is beautifully designed with high quality materials and features a large bathtub as well as a walk-in shower. It is a true sanctuary of relaxation. “The place itself is amazing and spacious”
I can't praise this place enough. It's incredible. The location is amazing - central to everything. Very accessible on foot. The place itself is amazing and spacious and looks like a museum, especially compared to others I've stayed ever. All furnitures are vintage and we loved it The bathroom is magnificent. The kitchen is redone and very good with anything you need Fridge , washing machine, oven, etc. Perfect space for a family trip. The host was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I recommend this accommodation 10/10.
