The center of the village near Limassol, if you travel by car, it’s a great location. Aristos and Maria have a great place to stay- it’s cozy, super clean and with colourful national elements in the interior design.

The place is amazing, both for short or longer stays, the location is quiet and peaceful, and perfect to explore the island, being in a strategic position between some of the main cities and attractions. The village "taverna" is excellent and literally 10 seconds walk :) The bakery and minimarket are reachable by walk. The host was kind and provided us with helpful tips, suggestions and treats that made our stay truly magic. Would recommend and can't wait to be back!

Rothkia’s Home is absolutely beautiful. Aristos and Maria are wonderful hosts and I was made to feel very welcome throughout my stay. It’s very clean and comfortable, is equipped with everything you need and in a fantastic location. My trip was a mix of business and leisure - I would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely be returning.

Nice clean spaces room with everything needed. Really good taverna across the street. The host are so nice and caring. It’s the second time that we stayed there and was as great as the first time. We will be back for a third time.

Nice place owned by the nicest people! Clean and comfortable accommodations located close to Limassol. Pretty central so that you can easily reach all main locations on the island with a car. Everything about this trip was perfect. The location was amazing and the house was very clean and comfortable. The two hosts of this property were especially nice and welcoming!

Nice owners who care about their guests. You can expect fruits, tea and coffee which was very nice because I was sick and couldn't leave the house initially. The location is interesting for those who want to discover Pareklisia and the surrounding areas. Everything was clear so the cleaning lady is doing a great job :)

Based on the reviews we read prior to our trip, we had high expectations which were absolutely met! The studio was comfy and had all the features we needed to stay for a week. The location was excellent, the house is located in a village 5 min from the highway and we used it as a base to see the whole island. Something I would definitely emphasise was the hosts' hospitality, they answered all of our questions, gave advice on places to see and were genuinely nice towards us.

The hosts were amazing! We asked for a cot and a baby chair and not only that we got them both, they also added a chair for the bathroom and a doll for the baby to play with. They also had great recommendations for day trips in the area and knew how to fit their recommendation to our family. Such great bonuses we did not expect and were very happy to have. The unit itself is very nice, with cute balcony and a great cortyard is available for all guests, both can be very nice locations for a relaxed breakfest. The best value for money.
