“Modern apartment with a few quirky issues”
Location very central, clean modern apartment. Good wifi, nice big bath, fridge, air con and kettle. Lovely selection of breakfast, served in the wine shop (same name as apartment) a few minutes walk from the apartment, this is also the place you need to check in.

We ran a bit later than the check-in time, which we called to ask about, and the reception was kind and helpful and was okay with us being a bit late. The bathroom was huge, nice and clean.

“Expensive room in the city center with cleaning- and other deficits”
+ very good location close to the city center + WiFi was working fine + big bathtub if you want to take a bath (but not practical if you want to take a shower, see comment below) + design of the rooms looks nice at first sight + air condition available and working relatively silently

“Decent apartment in central location (with some issues), but very poor breakfast”
+ central location within a short walk from the historic city center + free parking (although with a bit weird system: you have to register your phone number at the reception, then call a Czech number and then the door to the parking in a courtyard opens - without your phone you can't open the door and would even be trapped inside the courtyard, as the door closes very quickly again) + design of the apartment is nice + bathroom is spacious and nice + WiFi was working reliably and fast enough
