We chose "By The Sea" Family Apartments as our destination for the Pentecost holiday. The guesthouse is very close to the sea and a quiet beach—just 100 counted steps 😊—as well as to the resort’s restaurants and the town of Nea Moudania. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, it is clean, and it has a large terrace from where we admired the sunset and the sea. Mrs. Vaso is a wonderful and welcoming host who gave us excellent recommendations

“Beach, sun and comfort”

Just a few steps from the beach, the 2 bedrooms apartment was really comfortable and welcoming. Vasso and Iannis are excellent hosts and they were very helpful over our stay. We do highly recommended “By the Sea apartments.

Our lovely host Vaso, and her entire family, exceeded our expectations. Our dear friends, we look forward to seeing you again! Thank you for a lovely stay! The hosts greeted us with a warm welcome and continued to check in with us throughout our stay. When our daughter got sick, Vaso went above and beyond to make sure we got her the care that she needed. What did we like? Everything. The apartment is perfect, large beds, lots of space. Very clean and well maintained. They accommodated us with a crib for our baby. The kitchen has everything you need, including a sandwich press! You can see the beach from the apartment (less than 1 min walk). The location was quiet, lots of space on the beach. The nearest restaurants and markets are less than a 5 min walk. Everywhere we went was stroller friendly. They provided a sunbrella and chairs for the beach, very helpful!! We will definitely be coming back with our family. BONUS: We woke up to a view of Mount Olympus most mornings. On clear days it can be seen in the distance. WOW!! If you chose to stay here, I promise you that you'll be satisfied with the host, apartment, beach and more. Thank you! And see you again!

Beautiful place, and the host Vaso, is just amazing! She welcomed us at the steps with some refreshing ice cream, and was always involved with our stay. The apartment is large and has everything you’d need, but we mostly spent our time at the terrace. A beautiful view of the sea, which is just a few steps away. The beach is large and free, with free parking. The area is so peaceful, but has everything - beaches, restaurants, shops and bakeries. We fell in love and will definitely be back again and again!

The apartment is just outside Paralia Dionisiou near to the tavernas and the shops. It has a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The hosts were very kind and helped us with everything we needed.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. When traveling with kids a washing machine and a dishwasher are definitely a huge bonus. The location was perfect for us, right in front of the beach. There were restaurants, cafes and bakeries within walking distance. There was even a small playground on the grass in front of the house where the children could play. The hosts were just great. They made us feel like at home, always there for us when we needed them and they had even prepared a personal gift for us when we were leaving.

Great apartment, in a good location and with a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. There is a nice big terrace overlooking the sea where you can stand for hours and not get bored. The hosts are very kind and responsive. If you need anything, they will be happy to assist you. I would definitely come back again.
