Great value for money, clean and big room. Loved the red cat living here. Went night swimming to see the bioluminiscencia.

Lovely family business. Great evening boat tour. Just don't take the room next to the road. There's a typical Tico dog next door which barks all night.

Good location, and Coco the owner is great and helpful. The bioluminescence tour was really fun, but not super informative. I recommend if you want a cheap and fun way to experience it, but not if you want to learn more about the science behind it.

The owner of this property Coco is really nice and he organized a great private tour to Isla Tortuga for us. We went with captain Adrian and his wife Tatiana who are amazing people! They showed us all the nice sports around at the sea and we had a great freediving experience with Adrian (he is an experienced captain, diver and spearfisher). If you are staying here we recommend you book the tour with Coco - it was one of the best experience we had in Costa Rica. The tree outside of hostel is full of birds and other wildlife so it is fun to wake up early and observe the wildlife. Paquera is a great location in Costa Rica which is not too crowded with tourists so you can enjoy the place and meet really nice locals.

The service was excellent! Coco is a guy who goes absolutely above and beyond for you! He was so generous and positive that it made my stay so much more enjoyable. We shared drinks by the pool, I learned about the culture and the POOOL!! amazing, especially for the price. I must recommend it

The owner coco is so nice and very helpful. Rooms are affordable - you get what you pay for. Although your was AMAZING! I only came to Paquera to see the bioluminescence and coco convinced me to do the full day tour. SO worth the money, 10/10 experience, if you’re staying here I highly Recommend doing the full day tour in dry season. Thank you!!

“Nice place, amazing tours, lovely pool”

The pool is fantastic, coco and the staff are vero friendly and accommodating, there are different rooms for the type of stay you need. The price matches what you will get, and it is nice to have economic solutions for a short stay. The tour are amazing and I had the bioluminescence one and the one to Isla Tortuga, on our way back we managed to have a very close encounter with some whales. Fascinating

Coco is a great host: welcoming and kind, he arranged for us a wonderful boat tour in Nicoya Bay, among the islands. i think Coco is the reason to choose this accomodation (he also provided us a laundry for our clothes before the intercontinental flight).

The location was good, both close to the town and close to the sea and the ship And you have a really cool pool and the place visually looks nice and clean
