“A lovely apartment in a perfect location.”

This was our first trip to Cyprus for a 1 month stay so we didn't have a clue where to book location wise and arrived in the dark. How wonderful it was to wake up to beautiful sunshine on the balcony with a view to the Sea also! There is a rooftop terrace with loungers and seating and even more incredible views of the city and the sea. When we realised that this apartment was so close to both the beach , the Mall, the bus station and the harbour, shops and supermarkets, it was the Icing on the cake. We didn't need a car for the whole month as all of the sites were within walking distance and when we wanted to go further afield, the bus station is 10 mins walk and cheap (€2), although there are lots of car rental places nearby if you did want to rent a car and a space to park it on site. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It is nicely decorated and modern, The WIFI was superfast, so I could work well from there. Ossi was very helpful with things to do and good restaurants, which we made full use of. The check in and out procedure was easy and without hitch. This has been a perfect introduction to Cyprus in our view. The location is excellent and we would definitely return again in the near future. 😀

“Perfect stay.”

Location for the city of Paphos is perfect. The host Ossi gives you great instructions and helps with anything that you need. The furniture was brand new and was clean with fresh towels and beach towels ready for us.

“Wonderfull stay to explore the island and Paphos”

We had a very nice appartment very central within Paphos. You can easily reach everything within the city and the marina by food, but still also have easy parking next to the accomodation. Thus its perfect to explore the island and the city of Paphos r to just relax in paphos if you dont have a car. The appartment is fully equipped and thus you can also cook very easy. Osssi was helping us with a lot of advises and flexible check out at our last day as our flight was going in the evening. The rooftop gives very great views on the sunset. I can definetly recommend!

“Convenient location”

Ossi gave lots of helpful info and advice and was usually quick to reply to queries. The apartment was recently refurbished. The location is conveniently close to the mall, with its large supermarket, bus stops and the sea. The beds were comfortable and each room has air conditioning. The roof terrace has 360° views.

“Lovely apartment”

The apartment was stylish, well equipped and clean. Location was great for walking into the harbour, we were able to rent bicycles within a very short walk and buses were really close by. Sunset views from our balcony and roof terrace spectacular! Apartment manager very helpful and responsive.

“Perfect 👍🏻😆”

The résidence appears to be old and poorly maintained but the appartement is a Treasure, renovate with taste and good materials. We appreciated the location: 5 minutes by feet from Faro beach and from the Mall, with big choice of restaurants and all facilities around us, but very quiet place. The comfort : very clean place with good equipment, nice furniture and very confortable beds. The veranda is perfect to enjoy the breakfast and to sit at the balcony from the end of afternoon is pleasant because opposite from the sun and not to hot. Nice look to the faro and to the see. The rooftop terrasse is fantastic, but we didn’t use it a lot because of the hot ! The welcoming was also good and thanks to Ossi for his complète explanations and tips.

I stayed here from April 8th to April 15th in a two-room apartment. The place was spotless and had all the necessary facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, stove, microwave, and even beach towels. The location was great—just a 10-minute walk from the port, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very welcoming and communication was excellent throughout the stay. I highly recommend this apartment. 10 out of 10 stars.

“Great flat in a perfect location”

Fantastic flat, perfect location for seeing all the archeological sites of Paphos. Fantastic facilities and super comfortable beds! The roof terrace is an extra something special, what better way to start the day than with a coffee with a view of the sea?

“peaceful and perfectly situated”

the views are truly spectacular, it is so close to so many amenities, lots of people we met staying near us didn’t have cars and they were still able to get around to many places. We stayed at the property over Christmas time and found it lovely. I would go over the road to Monara Bar, very friendly staff there, good priced food and drinks as well! overall we really enjoyed our stay
