“Great location, lovely apartment”

The location was perfect for our needs. Right next to the shopping mall, with parking and not too far to walk down to the harbour area. The host helped us out with changing the booking at short notice and was very accommodating. She provided loads of recommendations in and around Paphos. The swimming pool was lovely to cool down in during the very hot days.

Everything was perfect – a beautiful, modern and spotless apartment in a great location, with everything you need close by. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, always available for help and recommendations. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The property is close to all amenities within walking distance. It has parking which is an advantage. Yiota left us a very convenient welcome basket which set us up for the morning as we arrived at around 3am

Apartment was lovely, clean and had lots of additional nice touches that you don’t normally find. Everything from phone chargers, bag for food shop, toiletries, cleaning equipment etc. We arrived late and Ellie had provided milk, water, eggs, butter , tea etc to enable us to start day with lovely breakfast, really appreciated by us.

appartment had everything you need and close to everything, but very uncomfortable mattress we had to use extra duvet to cushion the springs in mattress. also bedroom is next to goods inwards at shopping mall. trucks queing at 6am with fridge motors running. the sun never comes on to balcony. pool was only opened on day before leaving. sun beds were put out some of them had torn smelly covering. some tiles missing and others lifting around pool .

The place is really clean and just like in the pics. The complex is amazing, really centraly located, close to everything and Yiota is so nice and helpful. Great tips and suggested and they have everything you need and more.

Excellent host with great communication. Any problems were promptly sorted out. Easy to find, in a central Kato location. Very close to the Mall so easy to buy food. Apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Main bed was large. Fast wifi.

Yiota met us at the apartment, gave us the keys, and explained all information we might need. The apartment was right next to the huge Kings Mall, making it very easy to buy groceries or anything else we needed. Easy to walk everywhere for us or to catch a bus. Good thing, too, because we didn't have a car. Everything in the apartment worked well and it was very clean and quiet and comfortable.

“We had a great holiday”

We had a lovely stay at Queens Gardens, we were met by Yiota, who was very informative. The wine, fruit and food for breakfast were greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great for us, close to all amenities. We hope to return next year.

This is a fantastic apartment. Host was great . Met us at the apartment. Explained everything to us about how everything worked . Filled the fridge with wine eggs ham and cheese to get us started. Thanks very much I would definitely book again.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, the owner very kind and helpful. The location was great, close to the sea - walk, to bus stops. Opposite the shopping mall. The apartment was clean, cozy. We had everything we needed at our disposal. A very well-equipped kitchen. A balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with a swimming pool. Everything was a plus. Simply great!

Host Ellie was excellent!!! Very polite, helpful, always on time and friendly. She explained everything to us with details, from the beginning untill the end of our stay. She cares a lot and she wants her customers to be satisfied 100%. The appartment is big enough and has all the facilities needed, even some bread, milk, eggs, fruits. They offer also towels for the beach

It's a very nice apartment, big, very clean, has everything you need, it's right next to the Mall and the hostess is very welcoming and very helpful!!

“An excellent place to stay in Paphos”

Queens Gardens is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. It is located near the Kings Avenue mall, and not far from Nea Paphos and the marina. The apartment is clean, spacious, and fully equipped. We were happy to find in the kitchen eggs, bread, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine (thank you!!). Ellie, the host, is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! (Tip for Google Maps users: select the “Queens Gardens Side Mall Gate” as the destination, so it will direct you to the front entrance, and not to the back side of the building).
