“Thabk you for a good time in Paphos”

The location is excellent, with all the tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, museums, and beaches nearby. The villa is located on a dead-end street, and there are parking spots nearby. The working lighthouse is clearly visible at night. The pool is quite deep (170 cm) and large, about 2.5 x 5.5 meters. Inside, everything matches the photos. There's one bedroom on the ground floor, four bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest toilet on the first floor.

Excellent servis from Phaedrus Living. Definitely would recommend it. Great villa and nothing was a problem. We had a bit of the issue to find our villa at nearly midnight when we arrived and company answered my phone and sent detailed instructions with video. What a great service. Nice villa, great location. Only it could do with a bit more dishes in the kitchen as per 10 people we struggled to have a meal at the same time with dishes. All in all fantastic experience

“Great place for families or group of friends”

The house is very nice and well equipped. Modern touch compared to many Cypriot holiday properties. The main mall was a short walk away, bus station to Coral Bay quite close, several restaurants, tavernas and bakeries as well. Stunning sunset with sea view from 2nd floor. We had a lovely time.

Apart from the fact that it is in the center of the city the property is located in a very old complex. It was not clean, it smelled badly and it lacked the basics for a property that charged 1000 per night! Not even garbage bags, washing liquid etc. There was not even a table or chairs in the garden to sit taking into consideration that the property is rented to families during summer. The pool had very high levels of chlorine and nobody could use it for 2 days. The beach is far and you even have to take a car to go there. Definately not value for money.

Lot of bathrooms. Everyone has own bathroom. Big TV. Nespresso coffee machine I was there in February, the price of the house was very discounted. For this price I received a modern house with many amenities and modern bathrooms. Internet was fine, there was no problem with connection during my stay (for 12 people and 12 smartphones)

Villa was beautiful, great location, right by the mall and the main strip of Paphos (bar street). Host was very easy to get ahold of and very helpful with their communication. We couldn't find the villa initially (it was right in front of us) but the host got on a video call instantly to help direct us.

5 rooms, most of them have private bathroom, sea view from the second floor, close to the Kings Avenue Mall and generally it is a good location. A big common parking is next to the villa. There is a big TV in the living room.

Very good location, near the beach, restaurant and supermarket. Five bedrooms with clean towels, only lack of blanket. Beautiful living room with dining tables and kitchen. Everything is great.

The house was beautiful! I liked that each room had its own bathroom and that the air conditioning worked amazingly. It was close to the mall and a street full of small restaurants, so it was easy to get stuff.

“Beware - below standard villa and terrible customer service!”

Low standard property- do not be fooled by the photos! A week surrounded by loud construction work taking place in the buildings attached to the villa. The photos made the property appear to be stand alone - it is not. It is in a residential area, loud neighbours, lots of traffic, not private and secluded by any stretch of the imagination. On arrival the place was dirty, un-mantained and from day one the staff at Phaedrus Living just fobbed us off with excuses...and kept sending people round to clean or fix things...all of which disrupted the holiday and should have been addressed before anyone checked in! kitchen floor had a very strong odour of animals and several places where the tiles were very dirty. Other areas were not cleaned to a standard becoming of a basic house rental, nevermind a property marketing itself as ‘Luxury’... These were the main issues, all of which should have been resolved long before any guest checked in: - Kitchen overall cleanliness, oven trays greasy, crumbs and food spots next to bins, on cupboards and hair on floors. - Downstairs windows were smeary and unclean. - Prominent unclean / animal-like smell in kitchen (shocking for a property that does not allow pets of any kind) - Several facilities in the listing were broken and unclean. Furniture / fittings felt tired, deep dirt and scratches on walls, a cigarette burn on sofa, doors have deep scratches in - rust marks on tiles. - The swimming pool had a layer of yellow/green residue on the lining, making it look very unappealing. - So many things were broken, A/C, bathroom fans, bedside lights, electric awning... - the self check in means the managers never see the house or who stays there. There was no welcome pack, or guidelines of how anything was meant to work. Every complaint we made was responded to by a robotic excuse 'sorry for the inconvenience', blaming the other staff, the weather, the lack of supplies....
