It was clean, nicely renovated and the location was just perfect for us. Right by the harbor no need to hire a car as the public transportation was very convenient. Also supermarket was very very close.

The apartment definitely does not have 40m2 ! It's more like 20 or even less. Very poor ventilation in the apartment. After shower, high humidity everywhere. My clothes were wet after the night. It's very loud there, heard every step of people outside. And if this was not enough, there were lots of small ants in the kitchen.
