We had an amazing stay at the villa! Everything was in excellent condition, the facilities were perfect, and the host was kind, welcoming, and always available. A lovely surprise was that there were even toys for our little one. Highly recommended!

This is really the best villa I've ever stayed in Cyprus!!! There's no need to bring anythig at all becase the villa has everything! The kitchen is full equiped, and there's everything you need in the villa for the whole stay, just bring your clothes, get some food at the supermarket and that's it! . The pool is great, the sitting areas are very comfortable, the billiard table is excellent, the rooms are huge with an ensuite bathroom in every room, the TV area is very comfortable. Everything was really great! We are definetly coming back again!! Thank you Tasos, you are the best host!!!

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed in Nayia Paradise Villa for 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The owner is super friendly and helpful — he made us feel very welcome from the first moment. The villa is big and beautiful, with a lot of space for everyone. We had so many things to do — there was a big swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, and more. We never got bored. The place is very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was a great experience for all of us. We really enjoyed the time there and we would love to come back again. Very good place for a group of friends or family. Highly recommended!

This enormous villa exceeded our expectations. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it easily accommodated our group. The huge, fenced-in swimming pool offered peace of mind for those traveling with young children. On top of that, there were so many extras – a pool table, ping pong table, and even toys for the little ones. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun with the whole family, this place has it all. Truly a fantastic stay!

The villa is absolutely amazing. The owner Tasos has thought about absolutely everything from spare phone chargers, every cooking utensil you’ll ever need, toys and games for the children, pool and table tennis, beautiful BBQ area, Netflix. You name it and it’s there. Each bedroom is a good size and has its own en-suite and most have walk in wardrobes. There was plenty of space for our party of nine people and the children had an amazing time in the swimming pool.

I liked the privacy. No noise disturbances and no complaints. Peaceful setting with a dynamic view of the sun setting every evening. What a pleasure not to be missed with a glass of wine. You can sunbathe on a balcony or by the pool otherwise it is a car journey to the beach.

Fantastic villa, lots of space, well equipped kitchen, living room and 5 bedrooms, all rooms have private bathroom. The outdoor area ha everything necessary for cooking, playing or resting. There were 10 of us in total, children aged 4-16, everyone was entertained. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunset and the vacation in the villa. The host Tasos is genuinely caring and very helpful and friendly.

“Wonderful Family holiday in a Stunning Villa”

A spacious, extremely comfortable very well equipped Villa in a stunning location. When the sun set over the sea we were truly in paradise! Myself, my husband, our 3 grown up children and their families had the most fantastic holiday with lazy days around the huge pool, Picnics on the beach, shopping for local produce and barbecuing or eating in the many really good restaurants not too far away. From the moment We booked,Tasos, the owner was very helpful and patient (We gained 2 more babies since we first booked!) He provided cots, fold up beds, stair gates, bed guards etc which was so helpful with all our grandchildren. Tasos,thank you! You are a brilliant host! We were all sad to leave but hopefully we will return soon.

Amazing villa with everything you need for a great holiday.Nothing was too much trouble for tasos the owner and he helped make our holiday fantastic. Great remote location with stunning views . As a family it's the best holiday we have ever had and we did not want to leave. We are 100% going to return soon.

“Great place for a family get together”

10 adults spent a lovely week here. All rooms had an en suite and were spacious so there were no arguments over who had the best room! The owner was there to great us when we arrived and was flexible with regard to check in and check out times. We can find no faults at all - everything you could ask for was provided. Great value for money.

Amazing location with beautiful views and the host was very accommodating with our late arrival. Plenty of necessities were provided as we had children and didn't arrive until late. The villa has everything you could possibly need and would definitely look to return here in future.

The villa was amazing it had everything our group needed. We loved playing pool and ping pong. From the villa you can see the sea and the sunset and sunrise where amazing. The swimming pool was cleaned often and it was really nice to swim in the morning.

“Peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home”

The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room and patio space to spread out, The pool was fantastic, large, warm,, the water was always crystal clear, and plenty of pop-up canopies for extra shade. The house is tucked away in the farm fields, so peaceful and quiet, but an easy drive to Paphos, markets, and the coast. The host, Tasos, is great, friendly and very helpful. On the second day, the power went out, and Tasos contacted me within moments to check how we were doing, he then contacted the local utility and then let me know it was an area outage and that they were working on it. The power was back on in about 10 minutes. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware, and two refrigerators, which was very convenient, one for food and one for drinks. I didn't use the gas grill but did put the charcoal fired rotisserie grill to use; lamb, chicken, ribs, and fresh veggies! very delicious! After being out for the day exploring Paphos and the various ancient ruins, or going to the beach, we all always looked forward to returning to the house for a relaxing evening of pool lounging, drinks, and games.

“Great Villa, Lovely Views, Quiet, Welcoming Host.”

The pictures do not do this villa enough justice, it's huge. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. There were 9 of us in the Villa, ranging from 15 to 48, we all had a great time. The games area was an added bonus. Wi-Fi was good. Kitchen had every appliance, utensil & crockery item you can think of. Location of the villa was perfect for us as it was out the way of the main areas but still about 10-15 mins by car to get to places. Car is essential for this Villa! All-in-All we had a great time and would definitely go back if we visit Cyrpus again.

The villa has everything you need to have a good vacation, all rooms are with ensuite bath so each on have his/her privacy. pool has a fence surrounding it, perfect to families with small children. great host, was very caring. I gave it 3/4 for location cause it is indeed isolated (need a car to arrive) from the city, ~10min drive to the nearest supermarket and the beach, ~20min drive to the city, some will consider it an positive but for some it might be negative. we liked it.
