Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! One of the best things was its location — it's close to a small sandy beach (which is rare in the area, as most beaches are rocky) and right near the sea promenade. In the evenings, there were fun and lively shows at a nearby café, with live music, dancing, and musicians playing instruments — a great atmosphere! The owner was incredibly nice and helpful. He assisted us with renting a car and even allowed us to check out later, which was a huge help since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommended!

“Family holiday 3 nights”

Everything was clean and tidy we had everything we needed .Very spacious apartment it was perfect 👌 for my family. Pool and gym was extra bonus and we visited them every day. Mike was very kind and flexible and offer early check in and check out...great communication 👍 Thank u we will visit again

“Fantastic stay and a great apartment!”

Really easy to get to the apartment - we got a video to show us where to go and the keys were easy to find. The apartment is large - there's 3 double bedrooms and we just had 2 of us. There are two loos which was helpful. The apartment is a bit noisy at night so bring earplugs. It is less than 5 mins to the sea front where there's a place to swim with showers and changing area which was fab of the morning and a supermarket right next door. We had a sit by the pool too which was nice! Oh and a taxi was arranged for us at 3.30am which was fabulous and really appreciated!

I highly recommend the apartment. 3 bedrooms,, bathroom and toilet, large living room and well-equipped kitchen. A huge attribute is also the location of the apartment which is located a few steps from the promenade (with numerous shops and restaurants) in Paphos and a well-stocked supermarket located opposite.

Beatiful large apartment, near the municipal beach, perfect place to spend holiday. Big supermarket over the street. We had amazing holiday.

Location of the apartment is perfect. Tourist attractions places, restaurants, souvenir shops are located nearby. There is a supermarket over the street which is a big plus. Apartment is clean and equipped with almost everything you need. Owner of the apartment, Mike, is really helpful. He sent us useful information about the apartment before arriving and also booked taxi to airport (we had to leave at night due to early flight home). There is also reception in the building and when I burnt my palm, they helped me by giving some medicine for burn. I am really thankful for that. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. It wasn't crowded during our stay.

Very big and conformable apartment! We were two families with children and there was plenty of space. There is bathroom with toilet and second toilet. You have all you need in the kitchen. The is a great supermarket across the street. In real the apartment is better than it looks at the pictures!

“Great apartment in excellent location”

Lovely place in a holiday complex with a big pool and excellent location, just opposite (huge) supermarket and about 5-10 minutes to the beach walking (but just 50m to the seaside). We really liked how close it was to the beach promenade. Apartment is very spacious, Mike the owner was welcoming, there were plenty of towels, water waiting for us, Netflix on tv, parking space for rental car… really nothing is missing.

It was amaizing to stay at this apartment. Everything was super!

Incredible location, plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, immaculately clean, nice touch leaving provisions for us. Parking space provided, food on site and pool area was perfect. Loved the local stray cats, everyone cared for them which would be a huge reason I’d return. Mike was brilliant at keeping us updated.

“Overall, it’s was a great stay”

The location is excellent. Shops, bars, restaurants, the Kings Avenue shopping mall are within walking distance. There was a free parking space available which was perfect for us as we had rented a car. The apartment is fine, a bit outdated, but we did not mind. Mike met us in the late evening and showed around, recommended some nice places to see and restaurants/ taverns to eat. It was amazing to find a complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The kitchen had fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, oven, plenty of all utensils.

Very central location close to the sea. Apartment with all you need for few days.
