The place is excellent. But what we liked the most was the staff. From the water park area to the kids entertainment, the reception, the cleaning ladies…everybody was friendly and helpful.

Very little. You could of been anywhere. Suitable for families but not couples.

The room was perfect, overlooking the sea. Great view. Looks nice and modern and the balcony was a good size. The pool areas were fantastic! The kids pool in particular was great and the splash park was excellent.

A stay at this hotel will satisfy the needs of both the youngest guests and those traveling as a couple, adults with children, and those arriving with a group of friends. It is also suitable for elderly people and people with disabilities. You will receive a respectful and courteous welcome. Your tastes in food will be satisfied by the wide variety of dishes and the number of restaurants available. The animators will energize you from early morning until late evening. “Welcoming hotel!”

Hotel is just fantastic! All is up to the standart for 4star hotel. Food- great, atmosphere very welcoming, the managers and the hosteses are super! lots of activities, entertainment team great and friendly! Rooms clean, towels changed daily! The only one complaint is for the cleaners - they are very loud in the morning! Shouting to each other on the other side of the door at 7.30 am is no go on holiday! 🫣🫣 i understand they have to do their job - but shouting loudly should not be the part of it 🫣 althoug in general they are very helpful and friendly, made towel elephants and different animals daily, which is so welcoming when you return to the room after the day, it made my child very happy 🤗 thanks!

excellent for family

Everything was excellent. I would also like to give special thanks to Zornitsa from the Aqua Park management team at Leonardo Hotel. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, professional, and very supportive when my son had an accident around the pool n needed hospital treatment. She showed genuine care and concern, helped us immediately. Her calm attitude, compassion, and helpfulness were truly appreciated. It is wonderful to see management staff who care so much about their guests. Thank you, Zornitsa, for your kindness and support, the world needs more people like you.

Location very good, you can have a walk near the beach. Clean and tidy premises, friendly staff. Better cocktails than in other hotels we've been recently. Nice amd tasty food.

Location near the beach, water splash, friendliness of the staff, varied savery dishes for the meals, clean pools and areas

At dinner in the restaurant, a blonde, middle-aged lady came up to me who must be around 30 years old and apologized to me for following the dress code because I was in a t-shirt. I accepted it and immediately went up to the room to change. That evening, about 5 men came in wearing similar clothes, but they didn't say anything to them, they didn't like it. The next day, the lady came up and said that she hadn't slept all night because she said something to me. It was bad that she only said something to me. Then she apologized so I wouldn't report her!? Halmagyi Szidónia's partner, the food manager, is a really characterful, friendly guy! Which was very positive and everyone smiles. Overall, we will definitely return, but it would be nice to have pictograms to indicate the clothing in the dining room, it wouldn't be unpleasant! And in the little book and on the website. The sound on night on the garden ;(
