“Pleasant stay with minor issues”

Great location, clear check-in instructions, and easy communication with the host. The sunny terrace was lovely. When we experienced an issue with the hot water pressure, the host was very responsive and helped us resolve it quickly. Another detail was the extension cord with several European plugs available in the apartment. As Cyprus uses British-style sockets, this was very helpful for us and saved us from needing multiple adapters.

The location was perfect, the host Natalia was very accomodating and really quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony was a great size and even had a lovely little awning for when the sun is beating down on your head. Bonus you get two, so if you have washing it doesn't take up precious outdoor space. We noticed some reviews mention the pressure of the water, we actually found the pressure was excellent just don't forget to press the little button beside the light switch before going for a shower if a cold shower was not your intention 😉 😀

Great location, very close to bus station and bus stop to airport (bus no. 612 about 4min walk), beach, restaurants, monuments, harbor, car rental, and travel agency (EOS Travel). Very, very clean apartment. It has everything I needed. Comfortable beds, aircondition, balcony. Very close to Kings Avenue Mall with very good grocery store and lots of places to eat. Pool is a bonus. 10/10. Paphos is great. Cyprus is beautiful.

The accommodation corresponds to the photos. The apartment is spacious, has a balcony and a terrace. It is in the center, has a great location. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are restaurants, a shopping center and public transport stops. The beach is 7 minutes. Paphos is beutiful city.

Private parking in front of the block, very good communication with the owner, spacious and bright apartment, comfortable for 4 persons, nice sunny terrace, kitchen had basic goods like coffee, tea, salt, sugar... Just a hint for the next visitors - don't unplug the cord behind the right bed, because this is water pump (you will have no warm water).

“Great place, great location, but a tricky beach”

Great apartment, clean, spacious. The owner Natalia always responds to all the requests. The big shopping mall is close by. There's a pretty good pool inside the apartment area, which you can use. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. A few words about the beach, you may find the info useful. The Lighthouse Beach is like 500m away - very close! The beach is very interesting in a sense that it has to grow on you. It is very rocky, rocks at the bottom are sharp, and you can have troubles getting into the water for a swim for the most part of the sealine. However, there's a tiny strip of the beach (to the left of the wavebreaker), where there are no sharp rocks, but a lot of seaweed for the first few meters in. If you pass through it, then it's a very pleasant bath/swim with a flat sandy bottom. Unfortunately, the first few days after we arrived, the sea was stormy with huge waves, and being with a kid, we could not get past the seaweed to the comfortable bottom. So at first we rejected the beach as totally unusable. However, we gave it another chance on Day 3, when there were no waves, went past the seaweed and had a pleasant swim. The water was very warm (a little colder than Fenikudes in Larnaka, but still comfortable), and we enjoyed the beach for the rest of the holidays. But before re-discovering the Lighthouse Beach, we chose to go to the most famous beach in Paphos called The Coral Bay Beach. You take the bus #615 (1,5 EUR per person, the busstop is situated right across the road from the apartment area) and it takes around 30 min to get there. In the morning the bus arrives every 10 minutes, however, sometimes it can be late. The Coral Bay Beach has a sandy and flat bottom (just a few rocks at the very beginning) and blue water. The water is colder than in the Lighthouse Beach, and sometimes it can be dirty with plastic and bottles and what not, because of the huge boats arriving from the sea with tourists for a swim in the bay...

lovely clean apartment, well decorated with very helpful and responsive hosts, a great sized balcony, washing machine, pool and big flat screen TV. It was light and airy and we spent many happy evenings playing chinese checkers on the balcony, chilling in front of netflix on the large sofa-bed, cooking and eating food al fresco. Mornings we could go for a quick dip in the pool before breakfast. A truly wonderful experience.
