The cleanliness of the apartment, the hosts, the bus station which is in front of the accommodation, the view from the balcony (there are 2). The apartment is also perfect for remote work, really recommend it, it has 2 A/C, it has Wifi router, washing machine, equipped kitchen, iron, TV, big table. Very comfortable. Very close to Venus beach (15 min walk), very close to Lidl.

“Excellent family holiday”

Well equipped apartment, we even have some extra stuff (like an umbrella and picnic blanket for the beach, etc). Nice, quiet area, we can see the sunset from our balcony. Nice restaurants in walking distance (We highly recommend the Melania, a lovely family restaurant with delicious dishes). Lidl in 1 miles, Mc Donalds little bit more than 2.5 miles away. Beautiful beach opposite to the Lidl. The pool is very quiet most of the day. You can see the sea from the pool/poolside.

Lovely little property we made as a base as we explored Paphos and the south of Cyprus. Located on the main road into Paphos, 10 mins walk to the nearest beach and 15 mins walk to the centre of Paphos. The property came with little gift box of essentials for the stay, has a balcony so you can sit outside and air con in all the rooms.

We had the real pleasure of living in flat number 202 for nearly two weeks in October. It was a very good time. The flat is comfortable, convenient, cosy. and and perfectly clean. A bottle of water and orange juice were waiting in the fridge as a welcome. The flat literally has everything you need, including adapters for electrical contacts, beach equipment including beach towels. The internet works perfectly. Large terrace with fantastic sea views and amazing sunsets. In a straight line to the sea (you have to cross a busy street) about 300 meters. Along the shore a promenade in both directions of the coastline of many kilometres (part of the promenade under construction, but you can walk to the further part of the promenade). Water in the sea and in the pool at the Ikaria Village complex in mid-October warm and clear. Directly next to the flat a dedicated parking space. For those without a car, there is a public transport stop a few metres from Ikaria Village. The owners of the flat operate a car rental service - Leo Opsimos Car Hire. So it is even possible to rent a car on site or with delivery to the airport:) I could see the rental cars every day from the balcony of the flat. The cars are new. The owners take great care of them:) The owners of the flat and the rental - Christina and Leo are very friendly, open, helpful, always smiling people. It was a pity to leave. I recommend the flat 100% and at the same time at this point I warmly greet Christina and Leo.

“Great stay”

It is a nice, fully equipped one-bedroom flat with extremely helpful owners. It wasn't my first place to rent on holidays in Paphos but one of the best choices. Especially good if you don't want the city centre and crowds but with the bust stop right by the apartment.
