Great and very comfortable apartment with pool view, well equipped - great for 2+2 family! The pool area is clean and very nice for relaxing and swimming. The apartment complex is in general very quiet, perfect for a stay with kids. Car parking lot is available and there is enough space for all. The Venus beach is relatively close - approx 10-15min walk. Despite its not the best beach to spend time on, there is a great promenade few km long just by the coast which you can use for just walking (can take you directly to the port and all city attractions) or running sessions early morning :). The location and area is on the outskirts of the city which may be a big plus or minus depends on what you are looking for. its not a "party" place. Very good, friendly and responsive local contact and the owner - we felt fully supported :).

Nice and comfy apartment, enough space for 7 people (4 beds for 6 + 1 extra bed). Clean apartment, good and quiet neighbourhood, no problems with parking, close to sea, grill in backyard. Tea, sugar, spices, shower gel and shampoo provided. Possible to visit city centre by foot. Equipped with heating and A/C. Good and easy communication. Keys are in key box, which is comfy for late arrival.

I have been travelling to Cyprus for many years because, My Mother lived in Chloraka, if my mum had friends over I would book somewhere else to stay. I went this weekend to spread my mums ashes in a place she loved and was happy. This accommodation was so peaceful and quiet and a great time for my self and family to reflect on the good times. Everything was there for cooking, cleaning, you couldn’t have asked for anymore from the host and her assistant. The place was clean and comfortable, perfect.

It is a great place to stay - clean, well-equipped, the owners are flexible and kind, our apartment looked at a pool and was closed to a lot of things (Venus Beach - the best beach in my opinion!), Lidl, bus stop, even trips with transfer pick you up from therey very comvenient location!). No matter if you go alone, with family or friends, if you prefer to go out, eat out and explore, or prepare something for yourself in the apartment and just chill there, it will suit you.

The welcome instructions were very helpful The house was really well equiped with anything a household needs (the kitchen, the bathrooms, even mosquito repelent in the rooms, washing liquid in the kitchen, new sponge, even liquid for the dishwasher!!!). The view was superb over the swimming pool, especially in the morning. The noon and afternoon the swimming pool was quiet, although many tenants were swimming/sunbathing The way to get in and out of the complex was little bit confusing, but the people that met us were really helpful, together with the owner instructions The near-by beach (Venus beach) is really famous and the water was refreshing. The house owner even provided chairs for the beach (quite unusual for rental houses). The house was close to spots with amazing view to the sunset, and was close to supermarket/ cafes/ taverns/ bars The price was good for a family of 4 or more Will definitely visit again

Everything was perfect. Nothing important was missing in the apartment. We appreciated beach towels, bathroom towels, socket reductions, clotheshorse, beach umbrella, safe....Just by the pool but we didn't use it, we spent warm days in Coral bay- the best beach for families we ever visited. Good communication, all necessary information in time. Thank you.

Very well equipped appartment, fits properly for a long stay vacation. Great communication with the owner, we have received precise instructions before coming where the key is, entrance code and get the contacts of the owner's representative we where in touch with for every issue along our stay in the appartment. Regina Gardens complex the appartment is situated in, is a wonderful place. There is a direct exit from the apartment to the pool. Very close to the place is Lidle supermarket, app. 7-10 min walk. Venus beach is about 15 min walk. The appartment is not in the center but you can reach the center and the harbor by a taxi in 10 min ride. The price is more than reasonable. Highly recommended

There was everything you needed to make for an enjoyable stay, and for self catering if you wished. Everywhere very clean and comfortable. Outdoor areas nice, early sun front patio, late morning, sun was up on roomy poolside patio. Pool area lovely well maintained and clean. Very good location with small late opening supermarket and Lidl a short walk. Short walk to main road where there are frequent buses to harbour bus station and Coral Bay.

This was our third time at the holiday23 apartment. This time we came a family of 4 (2 children), and once again, the place was perfect for our needs. It started with a very warm welcoming from the apartment's owner few days before arrival. He asked when we are expected to arrive, so he could schedule an apartment tour. Because we arrives around 01:00 a.m., he emailed us all important info in advanced. Arrival and entering the apartment was very simple with his guidance. We received the tour the next morning, after we woke up. As always, the apartment was extremely clean and organized. All appliances are in great condition, dishes were very clean and ready for use. What I love about this place is the attention they give to the small details- like a new wash cloth and sponge waited for us. From other places experience, this in not obvious. Bothe bedrooms and bathrooms and toilets were also very clean and welcoming. A Supermarket (Lidle) is only 4 min away by car, was very convenient to stock up for breakfast groceries, fruit and snacks for our traveling. This time we came in order to explore Cyprus nature. The apartment was a great "base" to go to many tracks and trails (all around 30-60 min drive a way). Because of the nature of our vacation, it was very convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment, so we could wash all of our dirty clothes and not travel back home with muddy dirty full suitcases. We had a great time and the apartment had a big part of it, so we highly recommend it!! We will defiantly return!

Breakfast not applicable. The location was quite good as it was a short walk to a small shop and not too much further to the larger supermarket. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Close to a bus stop for access to the harbour and Coral Bay.
