“Met expectations, except water heater is not rated for six people. Mgmt slow to respond.”
The water heater in the property is an Ariston brand 100L tank, not equipped for six people, according to their website: https://www.ariston.com/es-es/the-comfort-way/articulo-tecnico/capacidad-termo-electrico-litros/ We had to take very short showers so that there would be hot water for everyone. This was not a great situation for the ladies with long hair who stayed with us. The property manager was not very responsive. She took several messages to get a response, and response time was > 24 hours, which for a 7 day stay, is not great.
