This might be one of my favourite house rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Not just the size, luxury but we absolutely loved the garden/pool, because literally in the backyard there were endangered Dusky leaf monkeys and Hornbill birds! Couldn’t believe it. Also loved the convenience of being connected to the nearby Riyaz hotel (this residence is part of the hotel) so I was able to sign up to a Batik class at the hotel and also use the golf buggy service that took us straight to Tengah beach! The house is luxurious & contemporary, well maintained and cleaned. Our housekeeper lives nearby and he was so friendly and responsive. Complimentary deep cleaning was done 2-3 times during our weeks stay. Great for large families. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property is very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Our family enjoyed the pool several evenings. Good gym facilities in the hotel next door which we have access to. The owner & staff were incredibly patient and helpful- they practically planned our itinerary for us on WhatsApp before we arrived and booked everything. Grandma and my son particularly enjoyed the speed boat at the geopark. Location gives you good access to the beach (though path to the beach was not particularly picturesque). At least 2 really good restaurants directly opposite the street. Very convenient especially when the stocks at the local minimarts are quite limited.

“Perfect stay in a spacious villa”

The villa was in a very good state, and as nice as on the picture. Very spacious. We were 5 adults + 2 children and it was perfect. Very nice to have a private swimming pool and very close to the beach. The villa is located inside the compound of a hotel which allows us to us me the hotel facilities too. We were welcomed by Ronny who has been very responsive during the whole stay. Recommend definitely.

We loved everything ! Ronnie & his team were professional and very helpful. The house is in an excellent location and was the perfect paradise for two families to come together, relax, have fun and enjoy each other’s company. The pool and living areas were excellent and the access to the rooftop pool and facilities next door were an added bonus. Highly recommend. Beachside cafes are also close, not overly busy and had great coffee.

Peaceful villa with great pool and various areas to eat and relax. The entire property was very spacious and it was great to be able to utilise the Lavanya hotel room service and facilities after check out. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Ronny was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I would 100% return and reccommend to others.

Excellent communication from property management. Pool was amazing and super clean, as was the villa. Able to use all the hotel facilities and access to room service. The area is secure and safe for children, with plenty of space to play. Excellent restaurants within walking distance and 5min drive to busy Cenang beach and shops.¹àQààal

The villa is enormous and really luxury. It was a great pleasure to live there. Moreover, a nice and empty beach is nearby. Nice restaurant and shopping possibilities are even closer. The villa is located in a closed secured neighbourhood. In addition, hosts are extremelly nice and helpful. Communication with them is very smooth. Perfect place for families and travelling with friends.

Everything was perfect -- HUGE bungalow that was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished for a group vacation! Host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with pre and during the trip :) Location was just a 3-minute Grab ride away from town centre. Absolutely loved our stay here, can't wait to come back again!

I do love that check in was easy, host was there to greet us upon arrival, place was big , clean and equipped well( washing machine, dryer, fridge etc), i chose this place for it’s ratings, location and price. Design was warm for a big house which is lovely, does not feel empty. Love it
