“Beautiful villa for a relaxing break.”

The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. A beautiful view and everything was very clean and in good condition. The cleaners come every 2 days which was appreciated and our host Alex was very quick to respond to messages and help with local information.

Super nice and luxury Villa in the mountains. Chilled place with a top view. Supermarkets, restaurants and scooter rental are down at the street.

A spacious villa with sea view, swimming pool, barbecue grill and pool table (and basically everything you need). Very comfy and relaxing stay. Host Alex and staff Taimour are very friendly and helpful during our stay with prompt response. P.S. The Waze navigation to the villa leads to a dead end, so use Google Maps instead.

“Excellent stay”

The views from Villa were quite scenic and relaxing. It's a very spacious villa fit for 2/3 families. Villa's manager, Alex was a nice person. He allowed us to use washing machine free of charge though it was chargeable. He also extend our check out time on our request. Urqam was a very caring person tried his best to serve us up to his best. The villa is situated deep inside the city. Those who are nature -lover must like staying there.

The villa was amazing; spectacular views, clean, and everything worked well. Location was good and it helped that Alex gave us details of Luxury Langkawi drivers, who were brilliant and on hand to take us wherever we needed and return us back to the villa safely. The pool table was great, air con worked great in all the rooms and the swimming pool was a perfect size for our family of six.

Excellent view , spacious place & respectful owner

Great villa, really spacious and clean too! Great view from the villa; pool was clean and we had a bbq dinner there! Bbq works well and cleaning services could be added on too. Our host Alex was very helpful and accommodating, and we had a wonderful time.

I went here on a family vacation. My family was very satisfied and enjoyed our time here. And Alex and staff were friendly. My daughter wanted to stay here for a month. It's a really nice place and I really want to go there again!!

“Lovely stay with a stunning seaview !”

We've just had the most amazing stay at the Aroha Sea View Villa! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking sea views that greet you from the living area and the master bedroom. This 4-bedroom villa is just perfect for a vacation with friends or family; it really feels like a home away from home. The social areas in the villa are fantastic. We had a blast playing pool and enjoyed some great cook-outs with the BBQ equipment. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking for the group so easy and enjoyable. Our stay was comfortable through and through, and the place just had such a relaxing vibe. It's the little things, like sipping coffee overlooking the sea, that made our time here so special.

We were met by the housekeeper who walked us through the house and explained how everything worked! We were made to feel very welcome. The facilities are great, many hours were spent in the swimming pool and playing pool.

Everything you would need for a group holiday - cooking condiments, BBQ equipment, pool towels, etc. The only suggestion is to add a water filter jug so that it’s easier for guests to access drinking water

very clean and spacious! its a good place for a large family of 7! facilities were complete, private swmming pool, for cooking, washing machine, ice maker, a pool table and even a dish washer (albeit a very slow one!) the owner, alex was bery responsive to any issues u may hv as lives only 10 mins away;
