Overview
Surrounded by the lush greenery of Skopelos Island, Skalopati Studios & Villa is located just 280 metres from the pebble Panormos Beach. The traditionally-built property offers self-catering accommodation with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Featuring a coffee corner with fridge and utensils, the studios of Regina are set amidst a blossomed garden and are simply appointed with wooden furnishing. Each comes with air conditioning and a TV. Free toiletries can be found in the private bathroom. Restaurants and bars are within a short walk. Skalopati Studios & Villa lie within 16 km away from the capital of Skopelos and 8 km from the seaside village of Elios. The pebble beach of Milia is 2 km away, while Kastani Beach is at 3 km. Staff at the front desk can arrange activities, such as snorkeling and hiking.

We had a wonderful stay at the studios! The location is perfect — right by the sea, with all the rooms offering a beautiful sea view. Each studio is pleasantly furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Panormos is a great strategic base to explore the island, with easy access to many key spots. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. All the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

“A gem in Panormos”
Skalopati Studios are a gem. The apartments are brand new, set among olive trees, and we were lucky to have views over Panormos Bay. The room is beautiful, well decorated, and extremely clean. The bathroom is completely new, so it feels very comfortable. I would have appreciated a better-equipped kitchenette, but we still managed to prepare breakfast every morning. We rented a car and there’s plenty of parking space available. Regina is fantastic, she stayed in regular contact and was always available to help with anything. She really made our stay easy. We look forward to come back!

Regina was very friendly and always happy to accommodate anything we asked. The place feels really welcoming, and the building itself has a very nice vibe from the outside. Inside, you get that cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

“Room with a view”
Amazing view, very clean, close to all amenities. The accommodation is perfectly located close to Panormos beach. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Within walking distance to kastani beach and Milia beach. Regina the host was super kind and helpful. We even received a lovely gift bag with a bottle of olive oil and pack of olives. 😀

Its the perfect place to stay and enjoy your seasode holiday. Its a bit up the hill vand has a beautiful view. Its quite and the rooms are very spacious. Regina is very nice and helpful by all kind of questions.

We stayed at Skalopati Studios for part of our honeymoon trip travelling around The Sporades and it was our favourite place that we stayed. Regina is the most kind and welcoming host and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, beautifully designed and the balcony had the best view of the bay, you could not beat it. Thank you for everything Regina, we hope to return very soon!!

“Idyllic.”
The host was so attentive with anything we needed and even provided little gifts as a thank you present. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great! The location was ideal as it was a little walk away from the beach/main road and not too far.
