Beautiful resort! The view from our room was amazing, and having a private pool made our stay feel even more special and luxurious. I found the food to be fresh and enjoyed the variety available throughout our stay. Despite there being families and larger groups at the resort, it still felt very private and maintained an exclusive, luxury atmosphere. I also felt that the spa treatments and facilities were reasonably priced and offered good value. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping team for their hard work, particularly Asia, who took such great care of Room 1207 during our stay. I'd also like to mention the young lady who introduced us to the "Almost Colada" — you made the best version I tried all week! The entire team at the resort was incredibly hospitable and always willing to go out of their way to assist. Their friendliness and dedication truly enhanced our experience. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Our stay at the Royal Senses was simply unforgettable! We stayed in a gorgeous private pool villa : spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with top-quality bedding that made our nights wonderfully restful. Being upgraded was a delightful surprise that made the experience even more special. The hotel itself is just as impressive: vast, luxurious, and designed with great taste. The cable car connecting the different areas is original and adds a real wow factor. The buffets were excellent, varied, and of very high quality, every meal was a treat. The staff also deserve special praise: always attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind. Everything combined to make our stay a pure delight. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

What I loved most about the property is that it’s brand new, secluded, and has a warm, cozy atmosphere—perfect for both a family getaway or a romantic escape. The staff were wonderful and attentive to every detail. At check-in, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked—it was larger and more spacious—but when I requested to be moved to the room we had reserved, they arranged it seamlessly the very next day. Throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to make the experience truly special.

Never felt the facility was clean and was led to beleive that it was on a beachfront, in actuality you had to catch a bus to a very bad beach

“Great private pool with nice stuff”

The design of the hotel is as very modern, the bed is comfortable, the private pool in the room is great for afternoon/ early morning or late evenings, the view was also great. Plus the sous-chef was amazing with my husband who is allergic to gluten. He discussed with him every dinner and created something specifically for him and guaranteed no gluten contamination.

It is the second time we come to this hotel and it is fantastic for families. The swimming pools and restaurants are top notch. Same about the rooms.

Far away from normal Hilton level for sure. Unfriendly stuff, high prices in every location where food/drinks served. Build in mountain, so walking around complicated. Solution - elevator, but it is very bussy.

We had an amazing stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly arranged. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Beautiful pools and spa facilities. Amazing view from terrace.
