The room was great. This whole resort is clean and theres plenty of space for people. Did not feel crowded at any point which i didnt expect. Really great place to stay. Food selection was mind blowing.

“Peaceful place for easygoing vacation”

Beautiful place, delicious food, big territory with different pools, beaches like in paradise. Friendly staff, everywhere is clean. All inclusive package worth it absolutely. Cleaning lady on our floor was very attentive.

“Perfect minivacation with breathtaking views”

From the first lovely impression - during the check-in, all ladies were given a rose and offering juice / sparking wine and chocolate, we had fantastic minivacation in this hotel. The hotel took all our wishes into account and we had heartwarming room upgrade to seaview suite, also requested baby cot. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel area and the views, sunsets, were amazing, the hotel from inside and outside, the whole garden, walking paths and pools were very clean and well maintained. All the personnel were really friendly, smiling and welcoming starting from the receptionists to the cooks, cleaning personnel, entertainmant team (especially Anastasia - Stay-C) and gardeners. There were a long beautiful pathway where to walk, surrounded by a lot of palm trees, flowers and different plants, that are suitable also with a trolley and wheelchair (where there are stairs, near are also ramps). Waterpark area with a bigger pool are separated from another pools that adults without children like, but we saw that some adults without children came there as well. A lot of pools, good choice of different foods, a lot of activities for children and adults, easy apps where you can track all the activities and book the lunches and dinners, good wifi. A lot of people, but not crowded at the middle/end of September, spacious areas and main restaraunt. The hotel is located about 1 hour from the Heraklion airport, which is still a comfortable distance when traveling with small children. We are very thankful to choosing Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare hotel with all amazing personnel we meet there!

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Staff, adjacent territory, cleanliness at the highest level. The food is beyond praise. Special thanks to the maid who cleaned our room, very attentive and tidy.

The Bungalow rooms were spacious, the hotel gardens beautiful and the kids liked the beach with sand. The food was delicious with wide selection and choice.

“Iberostar - the best hotel chain in the world!”

3 years ago, we spent 2 weeks in Montenegro at the Iberostar hotel in Budva, and we had a fantastic experience. So, we decided to trust the brand: this time, we spent 2 weeks in Crete, and our expectations were met again!! Professional and friendly staff of all the hotel departments did their best all the time, despite the pick season. The animation team entertained us in a great way (how not to mention their leader "Tony Macarony", which should get a monument at the theather for his talent). In addition, the food was superb and rooms always clean. We spent a lot of time at the private beaches surrounded by the stunning Greek landscape and embraced by the blue sea. Also, because of the strategic location of the property on the island, we decided to book two excursions (Heraklion + Elafonissi beach), which were definitely worth visiting. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay and strongly recommend for tourists who visit Crete for the 1st time.

Everything!! This was the biggest resort we have ever Stayed at and we absolutely loved it. The pools were amazing the grounds were beautiful, loved the beach cove Awesome food too

“Three days holiday”

Everything was great. Very good privat beach with great access for kids. Very big and green territory around the hotel. Aquapark and a lot of swimming pools. HB was also good and tasty. Kids room and mini disco for children are available. A lot of other activities during the day. The masseurs are too young and a bit inexperienced but very friendly.

Fantastic meals, variety of different cuisines, especially for dinner. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Very nice beaches around hotel.

“I want to forget it”

I was deeply outraged by the attitude of the young man at your hotel’s reception towards my family. I specifically booked a room for one night (in fact, only from 05:00 to 12:00) for €250 so that my wife and our two small children could get some rest after a long 24-hour journey from Kyiv without proper sleep or rest. The receptionist (unfortunately, I do not know his name) responded by saying that they were “very lucky” and that he would allow my wife to bring the children (!) with her into the room. Even worse, he forbade two other women — my wife’s friends, who were also traveling with children — from even entering the room I had paid for. What kind of disgraceful and disrespectful treatment of guests is this?
